Noble Foods - A private family owned business supplying FMCG goods across 6 businesses to Supermarkets and farms. Noble Foods. was an exercise in becoming one company across a hugely diversified offer from farms and Mills to the delectable Gu desserts business. The challenge to create one employment brand that would inform the colleague offer from recruitment, through development and underpinning the requirement to improve the talent management of the business. So, as they say,, it started with defining who they were and what they stood for:- Mission, Purpose, New values, New programmes, New processes to Get /Grow and Keep the best through the semi-digitalisation of the colleague offer. In a largely paternalistic and traditional business we gave colleagues a voice – and in doing so they helped to modernised the business and mobilised behind the Noble egg!
